Automatic Shaving Gel / Shaving Foam Aerosol Filling Machines
The automatic aerosol filling line with all flameproof switches and electrical connections and all other safety devices to avoid any aacident. It will fill the aerosol cans with liquid (like spray paint or any other liquids with medium viscosity) repetitively and with excellent accuracy.
Automatic Machine Compoents:
CJXH-2800B automatic aerosol filling line includes aerosol can arranging machine, liquid filling machine, valve inserting machine, crimping and propellant gas filling machine, actuator pressing machine, cap pressing machine, and packing table.
Can arranging machine has nine flat-roofed stainless conveyor belts, it is used to automatically arrange cans and feed the filling line on the stainless conveyor belt, can load 200-400 pcs cans. It is equipped with an explosion-proof motor and switch.
Liquid filling machine has four liquid material fillers with four liquid metering cylinders, the upper one of liquid metering cylinder is a piston, below cylinder is containing liquid materials, the liquid material is sucked up automatically from the barrels to cylinders. Then the liquid material will be filled 4 times equally into an aerosol can through the rotary table.
Valve inserting machine consists of a valve arranging turntable, a valve blowing part and a valve inserting part. Putting valves into the rotation manually. In the rotation, the valves are thrown into the slot, then through the blowing part the valves come to the inserting part.
Valve correcting device, crimping and propellant gas filling machine:
in last step, the valve was inserted into the can, but normally the valves will jump out of the can opening and be away from the opening center, then here is the valve correcting device, it is used to correct valves, make it straight, set it right and press it into can opening, like this.
After this, there is crimping machine, it is used to seal the valve with internal expanding mode.
Then three gas fillers, the gas will also be filled 3 times equally into an aerosol can. Behind the gas fillers, there are three gas metering cylinders, upper one is a piston cylinder, below one is for containing propellant gases, such as LPG, butane, propane, or DME.
Automatic can weighing machine is with stable and highly sensitive weighing sensor, a signal acquisition instrument, and PLC programmed control. By setting a range value of weight, substandard spray cans will be picked up automatically, which make sure all cans’ weight are in this range.
Automatic water bath leakage testing machine is used to test if there is any air leakage for the finished product. It puts gas filled products into water tanks automatically and control the water temperature at 55 degree centigrade by electrical heating or steam heating for 3 minutes. If no bubbling in the warm water after 3 minutes, in general, the aerosol products will not leak within two years.
Actuator pressing machine is used to press the actuators, it consists of vibrating plate, actuator presser, and a rotary table. During Vibration the actuators come down to the cans, and then be pressed here by the actuator presser, through the rotary table, cans continue to move along.
Cap pressing machine is very same with actuator pressing machine, it is used to press the caps, it consists of vibrating plate, cap presser, and a rotary table. During Vibration the caps come down to the cans, and then be pressed here by the cap presser, through the rotary table, cans will move along.
Packing table automatic aerosol filling line usually uses stainless conveyor belts with 13.5m, including this packing table with 2.5m. At here, just take the finished aerosol cans to your cartons. The packing table is also equipped with an explosion-proof motor.
